A sculptor whose work has been commissioned and exhibited by museums, corporations and public art programs nationwide, Woodward was the first resident artist from 2005-06.  He was involved in developing the streetscape for the new Rondo Library in the core city, selecting sites for installation of the 13 sculptures of Minnesota Rocks!, and a myriad of infrastructure projects and issues – including traffic calming.
