Public Art Saint Paul collaborates with the school district to develop programs that foster creativity as they help schools prepare to meet achievement standards.  In its initial phase, this partnership focuses on science learning through the arts, linking to the 2006 International Stone Carving Symposium and planned Environmental Art Symposium.
