At the International Academy LEAP for new immigrant high school students, art is the language that builds common understanding as students learn about life in their new city and create community within the school.   Working with PASP’s teaching artist Peter Morales, students created artworks for their school and its landscape, expressing themselves and their heritage as they connected to the larger community.
