The Art of Traffic Calming
Coming soon to neighborhood streets will be art signs intended to capture attention, convey joy…calm traffic. Created by artist Steven Woodward and Saint Paul Public Works crews, the signs will rotate throughout the city through October. See: www.stpaul.gov |
