Saint Paul’s Lowertown is an urban village in the city’s historic warehouse district that is home to over 500 artists and the popular Saint Paul Farmer’s Market. The painted stainless steel, 22-foot high Muscle by Amy Toscani is the first public artwork in a planned “Lowertown Artway” being developed by Public Art Saint Paul in collaboration with Saint Paul Public Works.
