Artist Seitu Jones was engaged in 2004 by Saint Paul Public Works to design the details of this important piece of urban infrastructure that forms a gateway to Saint Paul’s West Side neighborhood.  The project was heartily advocated and supported by the West Side Neighborhood Development Corporation and WSCO.
