Planned for completion in 2014, this 2.6 acre, quarter mile long park edges St. Paul’s bustling University Avenue, site of the future Central Light Rail Corridor. Special features intended to draw and provide amenity to the densely populated neighborhood are a café plaza, textured gardens beneath century-old oak trees, a children’s plaza with illuminated water-jet pools, and an outdoor photo gallery of neighborhood resident images by Wing Young Huie.
