Created by artist Jackie Ferrara and architect Bill Pedersen in 1992, Hamm Plaza fronts the Saint Paul headquarters of Travelers Insurance Company.  In the heart of Saint Paul’s entertainment district, it is also bounded by the historic Landmark Center, home to over 40 arts organizations.
