Skygate, a stainless steel and blue acrylic sculpture by R. M. Fischer is a landmark on Wabasha Street, Saint Paul’s people-oriented spine that connects the State Capitol to the Mississippi River.  Sited in a public plaza that fronts the world headquarters of Ecolab, its creation was supported with a major gift from the company foundation and Saint Paul Neighborhood STAR.
