Commissioned in 1993 by The Saint Paul Foundation from Cliff Garten, this multi-media landscape celebrates the 1150th anniversary of Saint Paul.  By 2005 it had deteriorated from exposure to winter environment and lack of regular maintenance.  With a grant from the Saint Paul Foundation, Public Art Saint Paul restored all elements of the work 2006-07 and established a plan for its on-going stewardship.
