Public Art Saint Paul gathers artists from throughout the world to make art in Minnesota’s capital city.  As they work in highly visible public sites, large audiences witness art in the making.  Our goals are to bring quality artworks to Saint Paul’s public realm, to foster international amity, to engender an understanding of art materials and art-making processes, and to promote environmental sustainability.
